Royal American Corporation was organized September 24, 1959
under the business corporation laws of the State of Louisiana.
The corporation was subject at one time to the Securities Exchange
Act of 1934 but has been inactive since 1980 and no longer subject
to S.E.C. reporting.
The business of the company throughtout its life to date has
been in the historical definition for a "holding" company
